तेषांवेगवतांवेगमिषुभिर्वेगवत्तरैः ।अस्त्रवित्परमास्तैरैस्तुवारयामासरावणिः ।।6.45.5।।

Transliteration

rāmalakṣmaṇayor eva sarvadehabhidaḥ śarān |

bhṛśam āveśayāmāsa rāvaṇiḥ samitiṃjayaḥ ||6.45.7||

Translation

Rāvaṇi, triumphant in battle, drove again and again body-piercing arrows into the bodies of Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa.
