युद्धलक्षण-निमित्तदर्शनं तथा लङ्काद्वारव्यूहः (War Omens and the Encirclement of Lanka’s Gates)
शतंशतसहस्राणांपृथगृक्षवनौकसाम् ।।6.41.51।।लङ्काद्वाराङयुपाजग्मुरन्येयोद्धुंसमन्ततः ।
āvṛtaḥ sa giriḥ sarvais tais samantāt plavaṅgamaiḥ | ayutānāṃ sahasraṃ ca purīṃ tām abhyavartata ||6.41.52||
That mountain was encircled on every side by those leaping Vānaras, as they pressed up toward the city and its vast defensive perimeter.
