Shloka 6.41.26

युद्धलक्षण-निमित्तदर्शनं तथा लङ्काद्वारव्यूहः (War Omens and the Encirclement of Lanka’s Gates)

ततःकालेमहाबाहुर्बलेनमहतावृतः ।प्रस्थितःपुरतोधवनीलङ्कामभिमुखःपुरीम् ।।6.41.26।।

tataḥ kāle mahā-bāhur balena mahatāvṛtaḥ | prasthitaḥ purato dhavanī laṅkām abhimukhaḥ purīm ||

Then, at the appointed time, broad-armed Rāma—surrounded by a great host—set out at the head of the march, facing the city of Laṅkā.

Surrounded by a large army in front, the broad shouldered Rama proceeded towards Lanka.
