युद्धलक्षण-निमित्तदर्शनं तथा लङ्काद्वारव्यूहः (War Omens and the Encirclement of Lanka’s Gates)
असन्त्ऱ्यमयासार्थंतदिदंसाहसंकृतम् ।एवंसाहसुक्तानिनकुर्वन्तिजनेश्वराः ।।6.41.2।।
asantṟya mayā sārdhaṁ tad idaṁ sāhasaṁ kṛtam | evaṁ sāhasa-yuktāni na kurvanti janeśvarāḥ ||
This bold deed has been done without consulting me. Kings and leaders do not undertake daring actions in such a manner.
"You have done this courageous feat without consulting me. Rulers do not do such actions."
Rajadharma: major decisions should be made with counsel and deliberation; righteous leadership avoids impulsive, unilateral risk.
A leader (Rāma) reproves an ally’s action as having been done without consultation, emphasizing proper decision-making before war.
