This mighty one stands in their midst as their commander. Seeking victory, the wise hero ever worships Āditya, the Sun. Known on earth by the name Śatabali, O King, he declares that with his own host he will crush Laṅkā.

"O king! He who is known as Satabali, is a famous one on the earth, is a valiant hero, a leader. He stands in the middle aspiring for victory ever worshipping Sun. He alone with his army is intending to demolish Lanka."

Ś
Śatabali
Ā
Āditya (Sun)
L
Laṅkā

Satya in counsel and dharma in leadership: naming the commander and his intent is ethical responsibility—truth that can prevent needless ruin if the listener chooses the righteous path.

A prominent vānaras commander, Śatabali, is identified; his discipline (Sun-worship) and his resolve to destroy Laṅkā are highlighted as the threat becomes imminent.

Discipline and devotion (regular worship), joined to strategic leadership and determination.
