Having built a bridge across the ocean and crossed the salt sea, Rāghava now stands, bow in hand, driving the rākṣasas back.
"Mighty Raghava having crossed the salt sea and reached the shore of Rakshasas, organized them (Vanaras) and stood wielding a bow."
Dharma here is steadfast, disciplined action toward a righteous aim: Rāma does not rely on boast or cruelty, but completes the necessary duty (building the bridge, crossing, standing ready) to restore justice.
After the bridge is built and the crossing is complete, Śuka reports to Rāvaṇa that Rāma has arrived at the rākṣasa shore and is positioned for battle.
Rāma’s resolve and preparedness—calm readiness for a dharmic confrontation.
