लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च (Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation)
प्रचचालचवेगेनत्रस्ताचैववसुन्धरा ।पीड्यमानाबलौघेनतेनसागरवर्चसा ।।।।
pracacāla ca vegena trastā caiva vasundharā | pīḍyamānā balaughena tena sāgaravarcasā ||
Then the earth itself, as though alarmed, shook beneath the swift surge of that vast host, whose might resembled the ocean.
The frightened army (of Vanaras) that was like a tormented ocean started moving swiftly, shaking like the earth.
