लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च (Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation)

पश्यमत्तविहाङ्गानिप्रलीनभ्रमराणिच ।कोकिलाकुलषण्डानिदोधवीतिशिवोऽनिलः ।।।।

Transliteration

paśya mattavihāṅgāni pralīnabhramarāṇi ca | kokilākulaṣaṇḍāni dodhavīti śivo 'nilaḥ ||6.24.12||

Translation

Behold—proud birds and swarms of bees are absorbed in the blossoms; clusters filled with cuckoos sway as a gentle, auspicious breeze softly shakes them.

"You may see the trees shaking violently by the pleasant breeze, inhabited by proud birds, drunken honeybees and crowded with cuckoos and other birds (Rama said to Lakshmana)."
