विभीषणाभिषेकः — The Consecration of Vibhishana and Counsel on Crossing the Ocean
प्रकृत्याधर्मशीलस्यराघवस्याप्यरोचत ।।6.19.34।।सलक्ष्मणंमहातेजास्सुग्रीवंचहरीश्वरम् ।सत्क्रियार्थंक्रियादक्षंस्मितपूर्वमुवाचह ।।6.29.35।।
prakṛtyā dharmaśīlasya rāghavasyāpy arocata ||6.19.34||
And this counsel was pleasing even to Rāghava, who by nature is steadfast in dharma.
To Rama who was by nature righteous the advice (of Vibheeshana) was pleasing. To the brilliant Lakshmana of skilful action, to Sugriva the king of monkeys, Rama said smilingly.
A dharmic leader welcomes good counsel that aligns with righteousness, not merely what is expedient or pride-affirming.
Rāma hears the proposed approach regarding the ocean/bridge and finds it agreeable.
Rāma’s dharma-oriented discernment—approval of advice consistent with righteous conduct.
