After speaking those harsh words to Rāvaṇa, his younger brother (Vibhīṣaṇa) quickly went to the place where Rāma stood with Lakṣmaṇa.
Vibheeshana, having addressed Ravana in harsh language, reached Rama and Lakshmana in a short while.
Dharma is portrayed as actionable commitment: it is not only spoken but pursued—Vibhīṣaṇa physically moves toward the side of righteousness.
Immediately after rebuking Rāvaṇa, Vibhīṣaṇa proceeds to Rāma’s camp to seek refuge/association.
Resolve (dṛḍha-niścaya): swift, decisive action in support of truth.
