"Tell him that Rama , after conquering hosts of enemies, attaining unsurpassed fame, accomplished his purpose, has returned with mighty friends."

Victory is framed as fulfillment of righteous purpose, not personal ambition: fame is secondary to restoring moral order and protecting the world from adharma.

Rāma gives Hanumān a concise, formal message to Bharata summarizing the outcome of the Laṅkā campaign and the return journey.

Goal-oriented righteousness: Rāma is “samṛddhārthaḥ”—one who completes the dharmic task entrusted to him.
