पुष्पकविमानयात्रा—सेतुबन्धादि-दर्शनम् (Pushpaka Aerial Journey and Survey of Sacred Landmarks)
एषासादृश्यतेसीतेराजधानीपितुर्मम ।।।।अयोध्यांकुरुवैदेहिप्रणामंपुनरागता ।
eṣā sā dṛśyate sīte rājadānī pitur mama | ayodhyāṃ kuru vaidehi praṇāmaṃ punarāgatā ||
“Sītā, look—there appears my father’s capital. O Vaidehī, now that you have returned again, offer your reverent salutations to Ayodhyā.”
Sita! My father's capital Ayodhya is seen. We have come here. Offer your salutations."
Dharma here is reverence—acknowledging one’s lineage, elders, and sacred homeland through respectful salutations.
As the party nears Ayodhyā after the war, Rāma points out the capital and asks Sītā to offer reverence upon returning.
Maryādā (propriety): Rāma models dignified conduct and gratitude toward father and kingdom even at the moment of triumph.
