O bestower of honor, I wish to see those long-tailed Vānaras and the bears free from illness and wounds, endowed again with strength and manly valor.

"Bestower of honour! I wish to see the long-tailed Vanaras, and Bears rid of pain and death, enriched with strength and courage."

Dharma emphasizes care for dependents and allies: victory is incomplete if the righteous leader does not seek the healing and restoration of those who suffered for the cause.

Rāma expresses his wish that the allied Vānaras and bears be seen fully restored—unwounded and strong—after divine intervention.

Compassionate leadership—Rāma’s concern extends to the physical well-being and dignity of the entire allied host.
