Let all who were slain in battle by the Rākṣasas rise again—both the long-tailed Vānaras and the bears—though their faces and arms had been cut away.
"Let those long tailed Vanaras and Bears killed by Rakshasas, whose heads and arms had been severed, duly rise to life."
Protection of the righteous community: those who sacrificed for a dharmic cause are restored, showing that dharma ultimately safeguards its supporters.
Indra begins granting the boon: the fallen Vānara and bear warriors are commanded to rise.
Karunā (compassion) allied with justice: the divine response honors sacrifice and relieves suffering.
