The whole universe is Your body; the face of the earth is Your steadfastness. Fire is Your wrath; Your grace is Soma; and You bear the sacred mark of Śrīvatsa.
"The total world represents your body, your firmness represents the earth, your anger is fire, your grace is nobility, a sign of Srivatsa."
Power must be balanced: righteous anger (to destroy adharma) is paired with grace (to protect and restore).
A theological description of Rāma’s cosmic attributes is given to frame the war as restoration of order, not mere conquest.
Self-mastery: the capacity to be fierce against wrongdoing yet benevolent toward the deserving.
