Approaching the great-souled one and seeing him absorbed in contemplation, he—bowing in reverence and filled with joy—announced that Sītā had arrived.
Knowing that Sita reached also, great Rama was seen in a meditative mood absorbed in thought. Vibheeshana announced saying, 'Sita has been brought' and greeted with folded palms, full of joy.
Dharma is respectful communication and reverence toward the rightful leader: Vibhīṣaṇa approaches properly, recognizes Rāma’s inner state, and reports with humility.
Vibhīṣaṇa comes to Rāma, finds him deep in thought, and formally announces Sītā’s arrival.
Vibhīṣaṇa’s courtesy and discipline—he combines joy with proper decorum.
