Thereupon Raghava cut down those surging streams of arrows with sharp bhallas—arrows blazing and dreadful, like enraged venomous serpents.
Thus, Raghava on Ravana and Ravana on Raghava, in that manner sharp arrows showered on one another.
The dharmic ideal is mastery over violence: Rama neutralizes the threat efficiently, emphasizing protection and precision rather than uncontrolled destruction.
Rama’s counterattack intercepts and breaks the incoming arrow-streams.
Skill guided by restraint—technical excellence serving a righteous aim.
