चूडामणि-दर्शनम् — Rama Receives Sita’s Token and Questions Hanuman

किमाह सीता वैदेही ब्रूहि सौम्य पुनः पुनः।पिपासुमिव तोयेन सिञ्चन्ती वाक्यवारिणा।।।।

kim āha sītā vaidehī brūhi saumya punaḥ punaḥ |

pipāsum iva toyena siñcantī vākyavāriṇā ||

What did Sītā of Videha say? Tell me, noble one, again and again—watering me with the stream of her words, as water revives the thirsty.

"O handsome Hanuman! Sita is like water for a thirsty person. Tell me again and again what Sita said to you. Sprinkle on me (life-giving) water of her words in the form of message.
