Shloka 5.64.23

अङ्गद-प्रत्यागमनम् — Angada’s Return and the Confirmation of Sītā’s Discovery

तेऽम्बरं सहसोत्पत्य वेगवन्तः प्लवङ्गमाः।विनदन्तो महानादं घना वातेरिता यथा।।।।

te 'mbaraṃ sahasotpatya vegavantaḥ plavaṅgamāḥ | vinadanto mahānādaṃ ghanā vāteritā yathā ||

At once the swift plavaṅgamas sprang up into the sky, roaring with a mighty sound, like dense clouds driven by the wind.

The swift monkeys roared aloud as though they went up the sky like thundering clouds driven by the wind.
