Shloka 5.57.42

सप्तपञ्चाशः सर्गः — Hanumān’s Return, Roar of Success, and the Announcement “Sītā Seen”

केचिदुच्छ्रितलाङ्गूलाः प्रहृष्टाः कपिकुञ्जराः।आयताञ्चितदीर्घाणि लाङ्गूलानि प्रविव्यधुः।।।।

kecid ucchritalāṅgūlāḥ prahṛṣṭāḥ kapikuñjarāḥ | āyatāñcitadīrghāṇi lāṅgūlāni pravivyadhuḥ ||

Some elephant-like monkeys, thrilled with joy, lifted their tails high and struck the ground with their long, fine tails.

Some elephant-like vanaras who were excited and felt overjoyed lifted their long and beautiful tails and hit them on the ground.

Right action is sustained by right spirit: disciplined strength, when aligned with dharma, expresses itself as confident readiness.
