चैत्यप्रासाद-विध्वंसः (Destruction of the Chaitya Palace and Hanuman’s Proclamation)

Thus having spoken, the leader of the monkey-host, standing upon the palace-vimāna by the caitya, let forth a dreadful roar, casting fear into the hearts of the rākṣasas.
Having made proclamations that way from the top of the Vimana (palace) the monkey leader roared making terrific sound frightening the ogres.
Dharma includes strategic restraint and deterrence: the roar functions as psychological pressure against adharma, minimizing uncertainty and asserting moral resolve.
From the palace-top, Hanumān roars loudly, drawing attention and provoking the defenders of Laṅkā to respond.
Tejas (awe-inspiring spiritual and heroic radiance): Hanumān’s presence alone becomes a force that unsettles the unrighteous.
