रामलक्षणवर्णनम् (Description of Rama and Lakshmana; Alliance Narrative to Sita)
यजुर्वेदविनीतश्च वेदविद्भिस्सुपूजितः।धनुर्वेदे च वेदेषु वेदाङ्गेषु च निष्ठितः।।।।
yajur-veda-vinītaś ca veda-vidbhiḥ supūjitaḥ | dhanur-vede ca vedeṣu vedāṅgeṣu ca niṣṭhitaḥ ||
He is trained in the Yajurveda and is greatly honored by the knowers of the Vedas. He is also accomplished in the Dhanurveda, in the Vedas, and in the Vedāṅgas.
"He is versed in Yajurveda and is respected by Vedic scholars. He has mastered Dhanurveda and other Vedas and auxillary Vedas as well.
Dharma is competence guided by sacred learning: spiritual knowledge and practical skill (including warfare) must be integrated under truth and righteous purpose.
Sītā highlights Rāma’s education and mastery, presenting him as both learned and capable to restore justice.
