सीताहनूमद्भाषणम् — Sita Tests the Messenger; Hanuman Offers Reassurance

सा तयोः कुशलं देवी निशम्य नरसिंहयोः।प्रीतिसंहृष्टसर्वाङ्गी हनुमन्तमथाब्रवीत्।।।।

sā tayoḥ kuśalaṁ devī niśamya narasiṁhayor | prītisaṁhṛṣṭasarvāṅgī hanumantam athābravīt ||

Hearing of the well-being of those two lion-like men, the queen thrilled with joy in every limb; then she spoke to Hanumān.

On hearing the well-being of Rama and Lakshman, lions among men, Sita experienced thrill all over her body. She then spoke to Hanuman:

S
Sītā
R
Rāma
L
Lakṣmaṇa
H
Hanumān

Dharma is sustained devotion and moral resilience—Sītā’s hope revives upon truthful news, showing how truth supports endurance.

After Hanuman conveys that Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa are safe, Sītā’s despair lifts and she begins to respond.

Sītā’s steadfast love and inner strength, awakened by reliable testimony.
