Some women, overcome by the force of sleep, pulled at another sleeping woman’s garment and lay asleep, covering themselves with it.
Overcome with sleep some women pulled clothes of other women and covered their bodies with them.
It underscores the ordinary fragility of embodied life—sleep overpowers all—while Hanumān’s dharma is to move carefully and not harm or disturb as he searches.
Hanumān witnesses women asleep in disarray, some using others’ garments for covering, indicating late-night revelry and exhaustion.
Carefulness and restraint in a private space, consistent with Hanumān’s disciplined mission.
