Casting aside that line of judgment, the great monkey then steadied himself and turned his thoughts anew toward Sītā.
The great vanara, having rejected his judgement, started thinking again.
Dharma here is disciplined right-intention: when the mind wavers or reaches an unhelpful conclusion, one should correct course and return to the truthful purpose. Hanumān models inner governance (self-mastery) in service of a righteous mission.
After earlier searching and evaluating what he sees in the palace, Hanumān rejects a prior line of reasoning and refocuses his inquiry specifically on finding Sītā.
Steadfastness (dhṛti) and clarity: Hanumān regulates doubt and renews commitment to the task entrusted by Rāma.
