समुद्रलङ्घनारम्भः — Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing
प्लवमानं तु तं दृष्ट्वा प्लवङ्गं त्वरितं तदा।ववर्षुः पुष्पवर्षाणि देवगन्धर्वदानवाः।।।।
plavamānaṃ tu taṃ dṛṣṭvā plavaṅgaṃ tvaritaṃ tadā |
vavarṣuḥ puṣpavarṣāṇi devagandharvadānavāḥ ||
Seeing that swift-moving plavaṅga in mid-leap, the gods, Gandharvas, and Dānavas showered him with rains of flowers.
Then seeing Hanuman crossing quickly, the gods, gandharvas and demons rained flowers on him.
Dharma is publicly affirmed: righteous effort in service of truth (Satya) and justice gains recognition, symbolized by celestial beings honoring Hanumān.
As Hanumān rapidly crosses the ocean, celestial beings celebrate his feat by showering flowers.
Parākrama (valor) joined with sevā-bhāva (spirit of service).
