Shloka 4.67.43

हनूमद्विक्रम-प्रशंसा तथा महेन्द्रारोहणम् (Hanuman’s Self-Assertion of Power and Ascent of Mount Mahendra)

महद्भिरुच्छ्रितं शृङ्गैर्महेन्द्रं स महाबलः।।4.67.43।।विचचार हरिश्रेष्ठो महेन्द्रसमविक्रमः।

tasya saṁstūyamānasya sarvair vānarapuṅgavaiḥ |

tejasāpūryamāṇasya rūpam āsīd anuttamam || 4.67.5 ||

As he was praised by all the foremost monkey-leaders, Hanumān’s form, filling with radiant energy, became unsurpassed.

The mighty, pre-eminent monkey who was equal to Indra in valour took a leap from the high peaks of the tall mountain, Mahendra৷৷

Dharma here is expressed as uplifting righteous service through collective encouragement: praising a capable envoy strengthens him for a task undertaken for a just cause.

Before the crossing to Laṅkā, the monkey leaders acclaim Hanumān, and his confidence and radiance visibly increase.

Readiness for selfless duty (sevā) supported by inner splendor (tejas) awakened through purposeful affirmation.
