स्वयम्प्रभा-विमोचनम् — Svayamprabha Leads the Vanaras Out (Time-Limit Crisis and Counsel)
वयमाश्वयुजे मासि कालसङ्ख्याव्यवस्थिताः।प्रस्थितास्सोऽपि चातीतः किमतः कार्यमुत्तरम्।।।।
vayam āśvayuje māsi kālasaṅkhyāvyavasthitāḥ | prasthitās so 'pi cātītaḥ kim ataḥ kāryam uttaram ||
We set out in the month of Āśvayuja, with the time fixed by reckoning; even that term has now passed. What, then, should be done next?
'We started our journey in the month of Ashvayuja with a certain time limit. That has exceeded. What is the future course of action?
Dharma includes prudent deliberation after failure—seeking the right next step rather than drifting further into negligence.
Angada states that the agreed deadline has elapsed and calls for a decision on the next action.
