साध्वत्र प्रविशामेति मया तूक्ताः प्लवङ्गमाः।तेषामपि हि सर्वेषामनुमानमुपागतम्।।।।

sādhu atra praviśāmeti mayā tūktāḥ plavaṅgamāḥ | teṣām api hi sarveṣām anumānam upāgatam ||

“It is right—let us enter here,” I said to the monkeys; and indeed the same inference came to all of them.

'I suggested to the fellow-monkeys to enter this cave, inferring that there would be water and all of them came to the same conclusion.

P
plavaṅgamāḥ (monkeys)
B
bilam (cave, implied by context)

A leader recommends entering the cave, and the whole group independently reaches the same conclusion.

Leadership through reasoned counsel and consensus-building.
