Just then, krauñcas, swans, sārasas, and cakravākas flew out—drenched with water, their bodies reddened by the pollen of lotuses.

Just then, the kraunchas, swans, geese and chakravaka drenched in water with their limbs reddened with the pollen of lotuses were fluttering out (of the cave).

The verse supports dharma indirectly by using nature-signs to frame a truthful narrative atmosphere; it underscores attentive observation and fidelity to what is seen (satya in description) before action.

As the vānaras move in the cave-region, water-birds suddenly fly out, suggesting the presence of water and life within and setting the scene for what follows.

Alertness and discernment—reading the environment carefully rather than acting rashly.
