All around they saw beds and seats adorned with gems and gold, and costly vehicles as well; and heaps of vessels made of gold, silver, and bronze.

They saw trees bright like corals in full bloom and ripe fruits. Golden bees were found hovering around making all kinds of honey.

The text highlights material allure to underscore a dharmic lesson: righteousness requires not being mastered by possessions, especially when one has a higher duty.

The vanaras survey richly furnished interiors and stores of valuables within the wondrous region.

Integrity (satya to one’s vow/charge): remaining aligned to the search for Sītā rather than settling into comfort.
