ऋक्षबिलप्रवेशः — Entry into the Rikshabilam Cave
तत: पर्वतकूटाभो हनूमान्पवनात्मजः।।।।अब्रवीद्वानरान्सर्वान्कान्तारवनकोविदः।
tataḥ parvatakūṭābho hanūmān pavanātmajaḥ |
abravīd vānarān sarvān kāntāravanakovidaḥ ||
Then Hanumān—son of the Wind, mountain-peak-like in stature, skilled in wild and trackless forests—addressed all the monkeys.
Then Hanuman, son of the Wind-god who appeared like a huge mountain and knewabout forests spoke to the fellow-monkeys:
Dharma is responsible leadership: the capable and experienced step forward to guide others when uncertainty arises.
At the perilous cave, Hanumān takes initiative and begins advising the troop.
Leadership grounded in competence—expertise in difficult environments used for the group’s welfare.
