O Hanuman, learned in wise conduct: in you alone abide strength, intelligence, valor, the ability to act in accord with place and time, and sound judgment in action.

'O learned Hanuman! I am of opinion that in you alone rest strength, wisdom, prowess, ability to act in accordance with time and place and knowledge of statecraft'.

H
Hanuman

Dharma is not mere power but wise, context-sensitive action; Rama praises the integration of strength with buddhi and timely judgment.

Rama identifies the qualities needed for a delicate mission—strategy, timing, and discernment—and finds them concentrated in Hanuman.

Practical wisdom (buddhi/naya) joined with courage—Hanuman as the ideal envoy and problem-solver.
