दक्षिणदिशि सीतान्वेषण-आदेशः (Commissioning the Southern Search for Sītā)

ये केचन समुद्देशास्तस्यां दिशि सुदुर्गमाः।कपीशः कपिमुख्यानां स तेषां तानुदाहरत्।।।।

ye kecana samuddeśās tasyāṃ diśi sudurgamāḥ | kapīśaḥ kapi-mukhyānāṃ sa teṣāṃ tān udāharat ||

And whatever tracts in that quarter were exceedingly hard to reach, the monkey-king described them in detail to the monkey chieftains.

Sugriva, the monkey king, explained to the monkey chiefs about the inaccessible places in the southern direction.

Dharma as responsible leadership: a commander must inform and prepare subordinates about risks and terrain so that the mission is pursued wisely, not recklessly.

Before the southern party departs, Sugrīva briefs its leaders about the difficult regions they may face.
