Shloka 4.41.39

दक्षिणदिशि सीतान्वेषण-आदेशः (Commissioning the Southern Search for Sītā)

निर्याय मार्गितव्या च सा च भोगवती पुरी।।।।तत्र चानन्तरा देशा ये केचन सुसम्वृताः।

niryāya mārgitavyā ca sā ca bhogavatī purī |

tatra cānantarā deśā ye kecana susaṃvṛtāḥ ||

Having come out of that city called Bhogavatī, you must search it thoroughly—and also any nearby concealed tracts that are well hidden.

'Emerging from this city of Bhogavati, search all possible hidden places.

Dharma here is diligent responsibility: the searchers must not be careless or superficial; they are obliged to investigate even concealed places to fulfill their entrusted mission truthfully.

Sugriva is giving route-instructions to the southern search-party tasked with finding Sītā, specifying Bhogavatī and the hidden surrounding regions to be examined.

Thoroughness and steadfastness (niyoga-niṣṭhā): carrying out an assigned duty completely, including attention to what is not easily visible.
