Shloka 4.37.33

वानरसेनामोचनम् / Mobilization of the Vanara Hosts

ते तु सर्वे हरिवराः पृथिव्यां सर्ववानरान्।सञ्चोदयित्वा त्वरिता यूथानां जग्मुरग्रतः।।।।

te tu sarve harivarāḥ pṛthivyāṃ sarvavānarān |

sañcodayitvā tvaritā yūthānāṃ jagmur agrataḥ ||

Then all those excellent vānara leaders, having roused and organized the monkeys across the earth, hurried on at the head of their troops.

The monkey leaders from all over the earth arrived quickly, leading the hordes of them.

Dharma is coordinated action for a righteous end: leaders must inspire, organize, and personally lead from the front rather than command from behind.

After summons are issued, vānara leaders rally forces from many places and move swiftly toward the central meeting point.

Leadership by example—going ahead of the troop (agrataḥ) shows courage and accountability.
