रामप्रसादात्कीर्तिञ्च कपिराज्यं च शाश्वतम्।प्राप्तवानिह सुग्रीवो रुमां मां च परन्तप ।।।।
rāma-prasādāt kīrtiṃ ca kapi-rājyaṃ ca śāśvatam | prāptavān iha sugrīvo rumāṃ māṃ ca parantapa ||
O scorcher of enemies, by Rāma’s grace Sugrīva has gained renown and the enduring kingship of the monkeys—and has regained Rumā and me as well.
'O scorcher of enemies! it is by Rama's grace that Sugriva has attained fame, the kingdom of monkeys and Ruma and me.
Dharma binds benefit to responsibility: one who rises through another’s aid must respond with loyalty and timely service.
Tārā reminds Lakṣmaṇa that Sugrīva’s status—fame, throne, and reunion with loved ones—was enabled by Rāma, implying a moral debt to assist Rāma.
Recognition of rightful obligation (ṛṇa-bhāva): acknowledging that power and prosperity entail duties toward benefactors.
