Shloka 4.29.30
हनूमता सुग्रीवस्य कालधर्मोपदेशः — Hanuman’s Counsel on Timely Ally-Duty
स सन्दिदेशाभिमतं नीलं नित्यकृतोद्यमम्।दिक्षु सर्वासु सर्वेषां सैन्यानामुपसङ्ग्रहे।।
sa sandideśābhimataṃ nīlaṃ nitya-kṛtodyamam | dikṣu sarvāsu sarveṣāṃ sainyānām upasaṅgrahe ||
Having resolved, he dispatched Nīla—his trusted favourite, ever diligent—to gather the monkey forces from every direction.
He sent word to the ever diligent Nila, his favourite, to collect all cadres of army of the monkeys from all directions.
Dharma as decisive leadership: once duty is recognized, action must follow—organizing resources and delegating to capable, diligent agents.
After accepting counsel, Sugrīva begins mobilization for the search for Sītā by ordering Nīla to assemble forces.
Sugrīva’s renewed sense of responsibility and Nīla’s diligence (nitya-kṛtodyama).
