एवं सम्बोधितस्तत्र शोकोपहतचेतनः।त्यज्य शोकञ्च मोहञ्च ततो धैर्यमुपागमत्।।।।

Thus addressed there, Rama—whose mind had been struck down by grief—set aside both sorrow and delusion, and then regained steadfast patience.
Thus persuaded by Lakshmana, Rama who was hitherto besieged by grief and delusion, could set them aside and regain patience.

After Lakshmana’s counsel, Rama’s emotional turmoil subsides; he returns to steadiness so the search and next actions can proceed.
Rama’s resilience—his ability to recover clarity and patience after being shaken by sorrow.
