Highly brilliant king Viswamitra, humbly informed Vasishta that all was well.
Courteous speech and humility toward elders and sages is a form of dharma; even a powerful king upholds propriety by speaking with vinaya.
After arriving and being received, Viśvāmitra speaks to Vasiṣṭha and conveys that everything is well.
Viśvāmitra’s vinaya—self-restraint and respectful conduct despite royal power.
