दितेर्गर्भभङ्गो मरुत्प्रतिष्ठा च (Diti’s Severed Embryo and the स्थापना of the Maruts; Viśālā-nagara Lineage)
ब्रह्मलोकं चरत्वेक इन्द्रलोकं तथाऽपर:।दिवि वायुरिति ख्यातस्तृतीयोऽपि महायशा:।।।।
brahmalokaṃ caratv eka indralokaṃ tathā 'paraḥ | divi vāyur iti khyātas tṛtīyo 'pi mahāyaśāḥ ||
Let one move in Brahmā’s world, another likewise in Indra’s world; and let the third—highly renowned—be famed as Vāyu, moving in the sky.
Among them, one will move about in Brahmaloka, another in Indraloka, and the third, well known as vayu will move around in the sky.
Dharma as rightful placement: beings flourish when assigned fitting duties and spheres, sustaining harmony across worlds.
Diti further allocates specific cosmic abodes and identities to the newly constituted divine beings.
Orderliness and foresight—structuring roles so that power is distributed and purposeful.
