A crore of monkeys capable of assuming any form at will, great monkeys and commanders of monkey forces were created.
Dharma is upheld through divine arrangement: capable leaders are brought into being to support a righteous cause (Rāma’s mission), showing that power is meant to serve justice, not ego.
The narrative describes the large-scale birth/manifestation of powerful vānaras—especially troop-commanders—destined to become instrumental allies in the coming search and rescue of Sītā.
Readiness for service (sevā-bhāva) and leadership: the verse foregrounds organized strength—leaders with extraordinary abilities meant for a dhārmic objective.
