ऋष्यशृङ्गानयनम् — Bringing Ṛśyaśṛṅga to Ayodhyā (Bālakāṇḍa, Sarga 11)

अन्त:पुरस्त्रियस्सर्वाश्शान्तां दृष्ट्वा तथागताम्।सह भर्त्रा विशालाक्षीं प्रीत्यानन्दमुपागमन्।।1.11.29।।

antaḥpurastriyaḥ sarvāḥ śāntāṁ dṛṣṭvā tathāgatām |

saha bhartrā viśālākṣīṁ prītyānandam upāgaman ||1.11.29||

All the women of the inner palace, seeing wide-eyed Śāntā arrive in that manner together with her husband, were filled with affectionate joy.

All the royal ladies, experienced immense delight when they saw the large-eyed Shanta arriving along with her husband in that manner.

Dharma in relationships: affectionate welcome and respect toward virtuous guests and family strengthens harmony in the royal household.

Śāntā enters the palace precincts with her husband; the palace women rejoice on seeing her.

Śāntā’s esteem and auspicious presence, and the palace women’s warmth and propriety in welcoming her.
