श्रीमद्रामायणकथासङ्क्षेपः / The Ramayana in Synopsis (Narada’s Summary to Valmiki)

Cities and countryside alike were filled with wealth and grain; all people were ever glad, as though it were the Kṛta Yuga, the Golden Age.
All the cities and villages were affluent with wealth and food grains. People livedhappily as though they lived in Kritayuga.
Dharma is linked with prosperity: when society and rulers uphold righteousness, material sufficiency (grain, wealth) and collective happiness follow.
Nārada describes the flourishing of settlements under Rāma’s rule, comparing it to the idealized Kṛta-yuga.
Just governance that sustains prosperity—Rāma’s ability to create conditions where both economy and ethics thrive.
