Dharma includes restoration of lawful governance after tyranny: victory is completed not merely by defeating evil, but by establishing a righteous ruler (Vibhīṣaṇa) and stable order.

After the war’s end, Rāma installs Vibhīṣaṇa as king in Laṅkā and experiences relief and joy.

Rāma’s statesmanship—he ensures continuity of governance and justice rather than leaving a power vacuum.
