श्रीमद्रामायणकथासङ्क्षेपः / The Ramayana in Synopsis (Narada’s Summary to Valmiki)
तत: प्रीतमनास्तेन विश्वस्तस्स महाकपि: ।किष्किन्धां रामसहितो जगाम च गुहां तदा ।।।।
tataḥ prīta-manās tena viśvastaḥ sa mahā-kapiḥ |
kiṣkindhāṃ rāma-sahito jagāma ca guhāṃ tadā ||
Thereafter, delighted by that deed and now convinced, the great monkey went with Rāma to Kiṣkindhā, the cave-like stronghold.
Pleased with Rama's action and convinced of his prowess he left thereafter with Rama he left for Kishkindha which was like a cave.
Dharma is strengthened through trust built on truth: once assurance is established, cooperation becomes possible, enabling righteous action through alliance.
Sugrīva, now confident in Rāma, leads him toward Kiṣkindhā to challenge Vāli and reclaim rightful order.
Sugrīva’s faith and loyalty once convinced; he commits to the joint course of action and guides Rāma into the heart of the conflict.
