भरतस्य धर्मप्रतिज्ञा तथा रामनिवर्तनयात्रा (Bharata’s Vow of Dharma and the Expedition to Recall Rama)
ताः प्रहृष्टाः प्रकृतयो बलाध्यक्षा बलस्य च।श्रुत्वा यात्रां समाज्ञप्तां राघवस्य निवर्तने।।।।
tāḥ prahṛṣṭāḥ prakṛtayo balādhyakṣā balasya ca |
śrutvā yātrāṁ samājñaptāṁ rāghavasya nivartane ||
Hearing that an expedition had been ordered to bring Rāghava back, the citizens and the commanders of the army were filled with joy.
Having come to know that orders were issued to send the army on an expedition to bring back Rama, the subjects and the army chiefs were delighted.
Dharma as collective alignment with righteousness: the people rejoice at efforts to restore the rightful heir and moral order.
News spreads that an official expedition has been commanded for Rama’s return, prompting widespread happiness.
