चित्रकूटगमनम् तथा पर्णशालाप्रवेशः (Arrival at Chitrakuta and Establishing the Leaf-Hut)
इष्ट्वा देवगणान्सर्वान्विवेशाऽवसथं शुचिः।बभूव च मनोह्लादो रामस्यामिततेजसः।।।।
iṣṭvā devagaṇān sarvān viveśāvasathaṃ śuciḥ | babhūva ca manohlādo rāmasyāmitatejasaḥ ||
Having worshipped all the hosts of gods and thus become purified, Rāma entered the dwelling; and for that Rāma of immeasurable radiance, a deep gladness arose in his heart.
Sanctified with the worship of all the gods, Rama of immeasurable lustre felt a great happiness on entering the hut.
Dharma yields inner clarity: when one acts with reverence and purity, the mind naturally becomes joyful and steady.
After completing worship and purification, Rāma enters the hut, and the narration notes his uplifted state of mind.
Rāma’s purity and devotional discipline, resulting in serenity rather than anxiety in forest life.
