भरद्वाजाश्रमप्राप्तिः — Arrival at Bharadvāja’s Hermitage and Counsel toward Citrakūṭa
प्रभातायां रजन्यां तु भरद्वाजमुपागमत्।उवाच नरशार्दूलो मुनिं ज्वलिततेजसम्।।।।
prabhātāyāṁ rajanyāṁ tu bharadvājam upāgamat |
uvāca naraśārdūlo muniṁ jvalitatejasam || 2.54.36 ||
When the night brightened into dawn, Rāma—the tiger among men—approached the radiant sage Bharadvāja and spoke.
When the night passed into dawn, Rama the best of men approached the resplendent Bharadwaja and said.
Maryādā (propriety): approaching elders/teachers at the appropriate time with respect is part of dharmic conduct.
At dawn, Rāma goes to Bharadvāja to speak—preparing to continue the exile journey.
Respectfulness and discipline—Rāma follows proper etiquette toward a revered sage.
