Trees upon the mountain peaks will delight Rāghava. Where Rama is, there is no fear; and where he is, there is no dishonour or defeat.

The trees on the mountain summits will enchant Rama. Where Rama goes, there will be no room for fear or dishonour.

The verse teaches that Dharma functions as protection: the presence of a dharmic person reduces fear and disgrace, because righteousness generates trust, order, and courage.

The speakers reassure one another that Rama’s exile will not be marked by danger or dishonour; nature and circumstance will align in his favour.

Rama’s fearlessness and protective leadership—he is seen as a living refuge.
